We have gone contactless!

Update your Active Card or upgrade to a wrist band

From Tuesday 26th March, all our sites went contactless which will improve our entry systems and improve the customer experience.

Everyone must get their Active Cards updated or they can upgrade to a wrist band.

Customers need to take their Active Cards to reception to get them chipped free of charge or you can upgrade to a wristband instead at a cost of £3. If anyone has lost their cards these can be replaced at a cost of £2.

During the week our payment systems will be affected and on certain days each centre will not be able to accept payment by card so please remember to bring cash with you!

Staff will be available all week to help people to ensure everyone gets their cards updated.

Please remember to bring your Active Cards with you every time you visit as you need these to gain access to your activities.  Parents/guardians bringing children to their activities can gain access with the child's Active Card.  We do recommend everyone has an Active Card as these give you access to the facilities and discounted prices. 

If you fail to bring your card you may be refused entry.
