Join 8 epic indoor cycling sessions for 1 unforgettable fundraising challenge!
Be part of one of the UK's biggest indoor cycling charity events: Ride for Change. On Saturday 10 October, you'll be motivated by some of the country's best coaching talent, and cycling your way through not 1, not 2, but 8 cycling sessions. With 60-80 bikes on offer, are you and your friends ready to take on the challenge!?
Led by Doyle, one of our Active Cycle coaches, our goal is to raise £10,000 to split across two amazing charities: British Health Foundation and Stroke Association. Click for their donation pages and be assured 100% of profits from the event will go to them.

If you're coming from afar, why not explore Newark and Sherwood for the remainder of your weekend.
If you're local to Newark and Sherwood and not heard of Active4Today before, you can request a 3-day guest pass to try out our full facilities. Get in some pre-event training or have some recovery and social time afterwards. Perhaps an easy swim Sunday with a rewarding sauna!
I'm scared I won't survive 8 sessions!
We've got you covered. Lead coaches will ensure intensity of each session matches expectation of you riding lots of sessions in a single day. Standing durations, high intensity efforts, sprints and recoveries have all been considered to make sure you enjoy your experience rather than endure it. This will be matched nicely with our partner offers to keep you energised.
If thinking of signing up but a little nervous you might not make it, rest assured. It's our job to make sure you don't just survive but thrive the whole day through.
Follow the Ride for Change socials for the latest updates, meet your coaches and see what yummy treats are available on the day!
What are the different session types on the day?
Across the 8 sessions, there are 4 cycle formats, all powered by the MOWL digital display system (we're talking two huge 5 metre digital displays for our ride-specific visuals!).
- Classic experience - riding to feel with the music the backbone of the class. We’ll ride this with the MOWL ‘Visuals’ package which will provide sound-responsive music-visualisation to support every beat of your session.
- Immersive experience - riding into a digitally augmented landscape supported by ‘The Journey’ from MOWL. Story telling never looked so good.
- Performance oriented session - coached to Power zones and utilising ‘The Player’ from MOWL. Riding to your personal Power zone has never felt so good.
- Group challenges - we’ll use ‘The Player and some ‘GAMES’ to play a little in these sessions.
The sessions have been set out so team riders can access each class style even if bike sharing. Sessions 1,3,5,7, and sessions 2,4,6,8 have one of each format.
Sound good?
