TERMS AND CONDITIONS – GUEST PASSES
- Active4Today Ltd may issue a Guest Pass to any eligible customer at their discretion.
- An Eligible Customer is person who is not a current or previous Activo or Xperience member and who has not been issued with a Guest Pass in the past 12 months or had a membership suspended or been barred from using facilities due to inappropriate use or behaviour.
- Guest passes of more than 1 day’s duration will be valid for consecutive day’s usage, with day one being the day the pass is activated. Additional days will not be added for bank holidays or centre closures.
- Returning customers must clear any outstanding membership and activity fees prior to being eligible for a guest pass or membership of any duration.
- In activating a guest pass, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Activo and Active Card membership that are available in Leisure Centres, and agree to have a photograph taken for identification purposes.
- The Guest Pass is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Eligible Customers are only entitled to one guest pass (of any duration), which cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Guest Pass must be activated by the expiry date. There will be no extensions.
- All Eligible Customers will be issued with an Active Card in order to activate the Guest Pass. Active Cards will be issued subject to the Eligible Customer entering into an Active Card membership agreement.
- In order to obtain a Guest Pass an Eligible Customer must:
- Meet with a Customer Adviser
- Agree to abide by the Activo and Active Card membership terms and conditions in so far as they are applicable
- Agree to have a photograph taken for identification purposes
- Comply with current membership medical screening questionnaires
- Comply with all displayed customer guidance and codes of conduct
11. Customers who do not comply with current membership medical screening questionnaires may be refused entry.
12. In order to gain entry to a Leisure Centre an Eligible Customer must:
- Present their Active Card/Wristband on entry
- Attend an induction before using the Fitness Suite that must be pre-booked
13. All facilities and activities included in the Guest Pass are subject to availability. Some activities will from time to time be excluded from the offer.
14. By applying for and accepting the Guest Pass, the Eligible Customer confirms that they accept these Terms and Conditions.
15. Active4Today Ltd and Southwell Leisure Centre Trust may withdraw a Guest Pass or membership, or the offer of a Guest Pass or membership, at any time without notice.
16. Active4Today Ltd and Southwell Leisure Centre Trust are not for profit organisations. Joining fees go towards the cost of setting up and administering memberships.
