In the interests of safety, any visitor wishing to use photographic equipment and mobile phone cameras must obtain prior permission from the Operations Manager or session leader.

Consent may be given for ‘closed sessions’ where control is possible and all of the participants freely agree to the usage e.g. birthday parties.

Occasionally Active4Today may wish to take photographs for promotional purposes, both of internal and external usage.  You will be notified of this and If you agree to allow us to take photos and or videos they will only be used for promotional purposes.

The images will only be used for Leisure Centre benefit and will not be used by outside organisations.
