My coaching focuses on building strength, confidence, and long term wellbeing in a way that feels supportive, achievable, and genuinely empowering. Alongside being a PT, I’m trained in trauma informed movement and therapeutic practice, which shapes the way I support women through life transitions, stress, and big changes. I bring a relational, whole person approach to fitness. I take a female centred, evidence‑based approach to training, blending strength work, functional movement and mobility with an understanding of hormonal shifts, energy changes, and the realities of everyday life. My background in therapeutic and trauma informed practice means sessions are calm, collaborative and paced to your body.

Neurodiversity affirming coaching - clear structure, sensory aware sessions, and a supportive environment for autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent women. Supporting women who have experienced psychological trauma to rebuild trust in their bodies through safe, steady, confidence building movement.
