Full terms and conditions

  1. The promotion is available on Xperience and Activo memberships.
  2. The promotion is only available online via LeisureHub or the Active4Today app. 
  3. Customers will need to quote 4CHANGE at the checkout to activate the promotion. 
  4. In the case of Xperience memberships, these will need to be linked to an adult member who will be the bill payer and will need to have the Primary Payer membership added to their membership account if they are an existing member. 
  5. Where a concessionary membership has been purchased, customers are required to bring evidence of their eligibility to their activation appointment. Where evidence isn’t provided, the membership will be amended accordingly. 
  6. The promotion is available between 18 to 31 October 2026. 
  7. No refunds will be given where the promotion has not been applied or has been applied incorrectly. 
  8. Any outstanding payments/fees must be cleared prior to taking up the offer. 
  9. The membership is live at the point of payment. 
  10. Customers will need to attend an Activation Appointment, which can be booked online, at their preferred leisure centre where they will be given a short tour of the facility and issued with their membership card/wristband. Gym users, in all cases, will also need an induction if they haven’t visited or had an induction during the last 12 months. 
  11. Xperience course places are available on a first come, first served basis and no refunds/extensions will be applied where activities and sessions are fully booked. 
  12. In taking out a membership, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Activo and Active card membership which are available in the My Documents section of the LeisureHub account and agree to have a photograph taken for identification purposes. 
  13. Customers who do not comply with the current Health Commitment Statement and membership terms and conditions may be refused entry. 
  14. Active4Today is a not-for-profit organisation. Joining fees go towards the cost of setting up and administering memberships. 
  15. Active4Today Ltd reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
